  • Yes. Commissions are open for custom sizes, colors, and styles.
    We’ll discuss your space, palette, preferred scale, and framing needs.

    A 50% deposit begins the project.

  • Yes. For commissions $3,000+:

    • 50% deposit

    • 25% at midpoint

    • 25% at completion
      Additional structures available for commissions over $8,000.

  • Because you receive progress photos and a final review, this is rare.

    Minor adjustments may be possible.

    The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days to prepare your order before shipping.

    Domestic orders include insurance + tracking.

    International orders ship worldwide; customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Yes. Delivery is available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM.

    Our studio team will email you to schedule a delivery window.

    Handled by Shadia Sabagh Studio or trusted art couriers.

  • Museum-quality materials including:

    • Reinforced art boxes

    • Archival glassine wrap

    • Foam padding + corner guards

    • Extra bracing for large works

    • Double-wrapped sculptures

    Every piece is inspected and photographed before shipment.

  • Some large works require special handling or fine-art couriers.
    If applicable, we’ll contact you to confirm options.

  • Orders over $1,000 may require a signature upon delivery.

  • 15-day returns accepted for unframed prints, original works, and objects in original condition.
    Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

    • The box

    • The artwork

    • Your order number

    We’ll assist immediately and file the carrier claim.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna on eligible orders.

    Payment plans are also available for qualifying commissions—please inquire during your consultation.
