Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks.
Custom Quotes & Shipping Cost Amendments:
Artworks more than 50 inches wide or high may be subject to a custom shipping cost amendment. Shipping cost amendment must be paid before shipment.
Checkout normally and our team will reach out for a shipping cost amendment. For unique works and editions with few left we recommend checking out first.
Processing:
Our team works Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST to produce and fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days.
US Shipping:
Within the US, our packages are shipped by UPS and most orders can be expected to ship within 10 business days. Once an order has shipped, we will send tracking information with exact delivery dates determined by the 3rd party carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. If there appears to be an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
International Shipping:
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. For the majority of orders, duties and taxes are included in shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process.
For orders that are oversized or require special shipping, import taxes are not included and will be charged separately. If your order requires such, our team will be in touch to provide you with the necessary customs information. Additional paperwork may be required for any shipments to countries outside the US, including Canada and Mexico.
Packaging:
- Editioned prints and are sent in a tube, wrapped in acid-free clear sleeve storage bag / glassine
- All framed artworks are custom framed by hand and packaged in a double walled foam lined box
- Unframed original works are flat packed to prevent creases
- Oversized works are either crated or soft-packed, and shipped with our art crating partner.
Shipment Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your artwork please email us at info@shadiasabagh.com and we will gladly offer a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Shadia Sabagh Art will not cover the cost of return shipping and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.
*Please note that custom framed items, artworks sized 40 x 60 inches (framed) or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return.
If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure Shadia Sabagh is notified within 15 days of purchase.
