2. Custom Proposal

Based on our conversation, you'll receive a detailed proposal including:

- Custom size and orientation recommendation

- Color palette mockup inspired by your preferences

- Estimated timeline (typically 4-6 weeks)

- Final pricing and payment terms

- Reference images from similar work A 50% deposit secures your spot in Shadia's commission schedule.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping.

Do you offer payment plans for commissions?

Yes.

For commissions over $3,000, we offer flexible payment plans:

- 50% deposit to begin

- 25% at halfway point

- 25% upon completion before shipping

Can I see the painting before final payment?

Absolutely. You'll receive high-resolution photos of your completed painting for approval before the final payment is processed. While minor adjustments can be discussed, commissioned works are collaborative from the start to ensure alignment with your vision.

Can you match specific colors or an inspiration image?

Yes! Many clients bring inspiration photos, fabric swatches, or paint chips to 
match their existing decor.                                  While I don't replicate images exactly (each piece 
is an original interpretation), I can absolutely work within your color palette 
and draw inspiration from specific aesthetics or moods you love.

What's included in the commission price?

Your commission includes:

What if I'm not happy with the final piece?

This rarely happens because of our collaborative process with progress updates.

However, if the final piece doesn't resonate with you during the approval phase, we'll discuss options including minor adjustments or, in rare cases, creating a new piece.

Your satisfaction is important, and we'll work together to find a solution.

Note: 50% deposit is non-refundable as work has begun.

Can I commission a piece similar to a sold work?

Yes, with the understanding that each piece is unique.

I can create a new work inspired by a sold painting's color palette, style, or general composition, but it will never be an exact replica.

This ensures every commissioned painting remains truly one-of-a-kind while honoring your connection to a specific aesthetic.
