LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

Local Delivery (Miami & Surrounding Areas)

Local delivery is available Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM. After you place your order, a member of our studio team will contact you via email to schedule a delivery window that works for your schedule.

All local deliveries are handled directly by Shadia Sabagh Studio or by a trusted art courier to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

If your building requires special instructions, entry codes, or a concierge hand-off, please include those details during checkout or reply to your confirmation email.

HOW OUR ART IS PACKED

(MUSEUM-QUALITY PROTECTION)

We take packaging seriously. Every artwork and sculptural object is prepared using museum-grade materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Your piece may be packaged with:

  • Reinforced double-walled or telescoping ULINE art boxes

  • Archival glassine or acid-free protective wrap

  • Rigid foam padding and corner protectors

  • Structural bracing for large artworks

  • Bubble wrap around sculptures for shock absorption

  • Additional foam sheets, air pillows, or fill for safe transit

Large artworks are secured inside custom-built or telescoping cartons designed specifically for fine art transport. Sculptural objects are double-wrapped and cushioned to eliminate movement inside the box.

Each shipment is inspected, photographed, and sealed by hand before it leaves the studio.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Processing & Ship-Out Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order. Each piece is personally inspected, documented, and packed with meticulous care.

Domestic Shipping

Shipments within the U.S. include tracking and insurance. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Oversized Artworks

Some large paintings may require additional handling or special courier services. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm the best delivery method.

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $1,000 may require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.

RETURNS POLICY

15-Day Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your piece, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be:

  • Returned in the same condition it was shipped

  • Packed securely using the original packaging materials

  • Free from wear, damage, marks, or alteration

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the box

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

We will coordinate the carrier claim and assist you with next steps.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will open a case with the carrier. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s final determination.
